Grants of $10,000 and in-kind services to USA small business owners to support business growth. The purpose of the program is to provide small business owners with the mentorship and monetary resources needed to help their businesses succeed. In addition to receiving financial support, selected businesses will be connected with PepsiCo/Frito-Lay leaders and other industry experts.
Mentorship Program The Mentorship Program is a collaborative mentor-guided business acceleration program consisting of virtual webinars with entrepreneurial experts, online office-hours access to experts, Virtual Training and Support via PepsiCo WomanMade Community on Hello Alice, and bi-weekly calls with assigned mentors.

Term of Contract

Finalist will be mentored by Sponsor and/or its designated agency(ies) for a period of approximately three (3) months (the “Mentorship Program”).

Each Business that is a Finalist will receive a $10,000 (USD) grant to be used for the benefit of Finalist’s Business and Finalist/Business will be required to participate in a mentorship program.
